John P. Tarantino

Cherished son of Pete and Nancy (both deceased), dear husband of the late Lynn, stepfather to Shannon and Johnny, loving grandpa of Michaela, Jordan, Jazmyne, and Bailey. John was raised in Wisconsin, enjoying the outdoor life consisting of hunting, fishing, skiing, bicycling, running, and water sports. John and his friends rode their bicycles from Wisconsin to Alaska and spoke of this trip often. He was a truck driver, both long-haul and local and proud to call himself a Teamster. He traveled the US and enjoyed exploring Ohio with Lynn, especially visiting Marblehead, the Medina Ice Festival, and seeing the buzzards return to Hinckley. He could also be found running in the Metroparks or “the boneyard”. John loved music and reading and being a doggy grandpa. He was generous and would help anyone, you just had to ask. He also leaves behind his cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.

The family will host a private memorial at a later date.
