Kim Marie Acosta, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, and sister, passed away on July 22, 2026. Born on October 17, 1964, in Cleveland, Ohio. She was the cherished daughter of James Morey, Sr. and Marianne (nee Latin).

Kim grew up surrounded by the love of her siblings, James Morey, Jr. and Tammy Mason, with whom she shared many treasured memories. Kim’s loving nature extended to her nieces and nephews, Ryan Mason, Brittany Mason-Rude, Zachary Morey, Wyatt Morey, and Riley Morey, all of whom appreciated her steady presence and support throughout their lives.

A woman whose family meant everything to her, Kim is survived by her devoted husband, Raymond Acosta. Together, they built a home filled with warmth, kindness, and unwavering support for one another and their large and loving family.

Kim was the proud and caring mother to her daughters Alicia Belmore, Karla Miles, Samantha Bobincheck, Grace Acosta, Trinidad Morales, and Vanessa Acosta-Ross, and her sons Chris Acosta, Mario Acosta, and Cedric Morales. Each of her children carries forward her spirit and the values she so thoughtfully instilled. Kim’s devotion to her family created lasting bonds and shaped the lives of those around her.

Kim also leaves behind her feline companion Luna to keep her memory alive.

Although Kim is preceded in death by her son, Matthew Linn, and her grandchild, Faith Miles, her memory will continue to shine through the lives of those who knew and loved her.

A Celebration of Life is planned to honor Kim Marie Acosta at CrossPointe Community, located at 1800 Columbia Rd, Westlake, Ohio 44145. Friends and family will gather to pay tribute to her remarkable journey and the legacy of love she leaves behind.
