Paul Christopher Schiller

Paul Christopher Schiller of Cleveland passed away unexpectedly on September 10, 2025, at the age of 58.

Born in Cleveland on April 10, 1967, Paul was welcomed with love into the family of Thomas and Carol Schiller. He grew up in Lyndhurst and Pepper Pike, Ohio, and attended Shaker Heights High School.

Paul turned his lifelong passion for cooking into a career, leaving a lasting impression on all his colleagues.

Outside of the kitchen, he was known for his warm heart, quick wit, and infectious laugh that brought joy to everyone he met. He touched the lives of many, and his legacy will live on in every dish he crafted and every person he inspired.

Paul was preceded in death by his father, Thomas. He is survived by his loving mother, Carol, his stepmother, Sharon, his siblings Laurie, Andy, Jen, and Doug; and many nieces, nephews, and friends who became family, especially his cousin Kristan, with whom he shared a close bond.

A private family service will be held at a future date in honor of the memory of Paul.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Paul’s name to the Cleveland A.A. Intergroup (aacle.org), an organization he cared about deeply.
